Park West School Division welcomes community groups and organizations to use our school facilities for meetings, classes, sports, and other activities that support our communities.​

Requesting Use of a School Facility

To request the use of a school facility, please complete the Community Use of Schools Request Form below.

Before submitting your request, please note:

• All requests are subject to approval and school activities receive priority.

• Users must have a minimum of $2 million in liability insurance.

• If providing your own insurance, Park West School Division must be listed as an additional insured on the Certificate of Insurance.

• If you do not have your own liability insurance, coverage may be purchased through the Division's outside-user insurance program.

• Users are responsible for following the conditions outlined in AP 401 – Community Use of School Facilities.

• Submission of a request does not constitute approval to use the facility. You will be contacted once your request has been reviewed.​​
