Community Use of Schools

The Board of Trustees encourages community groups and associations to utilize schools in our division. We proudly offer our facilities for hosting meetings, classes, sports, and other activities that contribute to the well-being and development of each community.

Before booking a facility, please ensure the following requirements are met:

  • Your commercial insurance carries a minimum of $2 million in liability.

  • Park West School Division must be listed as an additional insured on your Certificate of Insurance.

  • Completion of the Single-Use Facility Agreement or the Multi-Use Facility Agreement is required.

​

If you do not have a private policy, one may be purchased through HUB Insurance.
