The Young Women’s Conference is a one-day event designed to inspire and empower young women to explore careers in trades and technology. Hosted by Park West School Division in partnership with Skills Manitoba and Community Futures Parkland, the conference connects students with female mentors working in diverse industries.

Through hands-on sessions, presentations, and mentorship opportunities, participants gain valuable insight into skilled career paths while building confidence and curiosity about their future possibilities.
