The Board of Trustees encourages community groups and associations to utilize our schools and grounds for the enrichment of the community. We proudly offer our facilities for hosting meetings, classes, sports, and other activities that contribute to the well-being and development of each community.

Before booking a facility, please ensure the following requirements are met:

• Your commercial insurance carries a minimum of $2 million in liability.

• The Park West School Division must be listed as an additional insured on your Certificate of Insurance.

• Completion of both the Single-Use Facility Agreement and the Multi-Use Facility Agreement is required.

If you do not have a private policy one may be purchased through HUB Insurance.
