Winterfest

Recently the Strathclair School held their first "WinterFest". The goal of this was to have an activity that included all students from Kindergarten to Grade 12.

The school wanted to provide opportunities for staff and students to get to know each other. The Grade 11 and 12 students took on a mentorship/leadership role as they ran the stations and led the individual teams.

It was a very positive day. There was a "Break Shack" that supplied free cookies, juice, and hot chocolate to the students during breaks. This was sponsored by the Parent Advisory Committee, with parents from across the school donating cookies!

The video was made by Grade 11 student Daniel Kang. Daniel and another Grade 11 student, Rchel McTavish took all the video for the day!
