  • Rossburn Collegiate Students from Rossburn Collegiate as the Group Category winner!
  • Two day in-service at Waywayseecappo School for all PWSD teachers.
    The topic for the two days was “We Are All Treaty People”.
  • The session was conducted by the Treaty Relations Commission of Manitoba.
  • The teachers also had an opportunity to learn about resources that are available to them in order to help them teach about treaty.
  • Chief and Council provided some information on local treaties
  • It was a great two days of learning.
  • Major Pratt School and surrounding communinities helped raise over $19,000 for Russell Cancer Care Chemo Unit!

Hamiota Student Council Colour Run Raised Over $4500

The Grade 12 Hamiota Student Council organized a colour run to raise money for The Port in the Storm Foundation.

Hamiota Student Council Colour Run Raised Over $4500

The Grade 12 Hamiota Student Council organized a colour run for The Port in the Storm Foundation which is an organization that organizes subsidized housing for family members who have to go into Winnipeg when a family member is sick and stay for an extended time. The council had a colour run on June 12th and raised over $4500.00 for this foundation.
